We distill in the purest place on the planet. Our water originates at six glaciers high in the Rocky Mountains and gains minerality as it travels across rich limestone deposits. Our grain is sourced from high-altitude family farms in the Alberta foothills. We hand-mill, hand-mash and hand-distill to preserve the purity of our ingredients and only produce in small batch. Our spirits are like no other in the world, because there is no other place in the world like Banff.

  • We had dinner and drinks, a table of two. We ordered cocktails made from their house gin and rye whiskey - very nice! We had the corn bread appetizer, it...

  • Must visit place in Banff! Had the rotisserie chicken and it was amazing! Their take on Old Fashioned was different too. Really loved the place. It has a...

  • Service was great! Had colorings for my daughter, love when they automatically give crayons and coloring sheets! Creekside mojito. ($5.25 CAD) 5/5 pretty...

  • The flatbread is good, should try this out. The sirloin steak is over cooked, and there’s way too much fires. Would be better if they can have an option to have some green on the side. No one can finish those fries. The steak is not wroth $28 dollars, not recommended. Also found a little piece of plastic warp in my food. The waiter was very nice, checked on us couple times. Nice street view, lots choices of drinks. Will come try their drinks next time.

  • What a cool place. They distill their own alcohol, buy a bottle to take home. The food was delicious. I got the cedar plank salmon with quinoa and it was good. Crispy skin and seasoned perfectly. The pork chop was the best dish. It was not dry and had a great flavor. The only dish we didn’t like was the pasta with vodka sauce, it was too bland and had no good thing going on. The dirty fries was also too clean. Needed like maybe pulled pork or some kind of protein that can be added. Overall great place for dinner and drinks.

  • Great drinks and spirits, nice atmosphere on the deck. Service was quite slow for simple lunch dishes and drinks. The burger was mediocre at best. Soggy bun, warm fries. Wilted lettuce, no tomatoes, patties tasted store bough and once frozen. If it were 13$, it'd be a fine burger. Definitely not worth 19.50$. Veggie bowl was delicious, but very small for 23.50$. Come for the drinks, not the food.

  • Great downtown foodie spot. They have a large selection of craft cocktails that all sounded amazing it was hard to choose just one. Seems to be pretty crowded most times of the day but they do take reservations. The corn dog bites were delicious and elevated with a sausage and blueberry ketchup. Would eat at the park again soon.

  • Amazing food. Our waitress was very friendly and helpful. Arrived on a Saturday evening without a reservation and we were seated right away. Likely the best meal I've eaten in Banff. Will definitely return.
