All our styles are distilled to a specific gin recipe in our dedicated Hayman’s Gin still in Witham, 40 miles to the east of London. Our gins are then blended and bottled at the same location enabling us to carefully oversee the whole process from selecting the botanicals to the final filled bottles.

Our dedicated still is a traditional copper pot still known to produce the finest gins. The still is 450L and was handmade by German family company Carl who have been making stills since 1869. Our copper pot still is called �Marjorie� after Christopher�s mother who was the granddaughter of James Burrough. She was the person who introduced Christopher to the family business and the Gin trade. Marjorie died when Christopher was younger, and the name was chosen by Christopher in his mother�s memory.
